These terms are between you and Stillzoo ("we", "us"), based in India. By using stillzoo.com or buying the Family Unlock, you agree to them.
Using Stillzoo
Stillzoo is a calm-down game for kids: copy an animal pose, breathe slowly with the circle, and earn a star. The Reset is free to play, for personal and family use.
Moving safely
- Clear a space as wide as outstretched arms, on a floor that isn't slippery, away from furniture, stairs and anything sharp.
- A grown-up should be nearby, and close by for the balance poses, like the Flamingo.
- Skip anything that doesn't feel right. Every step has a Skip button.
- Moving around carries a small risk of trips and bumps. You play at your own risk.
The Family Unlock
- A one-time purchase of US$14.99 that unlocks four more sequences, each with its own order and pace, on top of the free Reset. There's no subscription.
- One licence key works on up to 5 devices in your household. It's for your family's personal, non-commercial use.
- Please don't share or resell your key. We may revoke a key that's shared publicly.
Who you're buying from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase, and Paddle's privacy policy covers what Paddle collects. Paddle works out any sales tax or VAT at checkout.
Fair use
Don't use Stillzoo unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with its security, for example with malware, probing, scraping or getting round the licence checks.
Ownership
Stillzoo, its sequences, pictures, code and name belong to us. The Family Unlock gives your household a personal licence to use it, not ownership of it.
Availability
We work to keep Stillzoo running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Suspending access
We may suspend or end access, including revoking a key, for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment (including a chargeback), or to stop fraud or a security risk.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy. A refunded key stops working on new devices.
Changes
We keep improving Stillzoo, so sequences and features may change. We may update these terms, and the date at the top says when they last changed. We'll give notice before any change that takes away something you paid for.
